At The Page Valley Bank, the basis of each customer relationship is trust. You have chosen to do business with us, and we are obligated to honor the relationship with great care. We recognize your right to privacy. We believe that the confidentiality and protection of customer information is one of our fundamental responsibilities. We will maintain standards to ensure that your information is private and secure at all times.

 

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

¨      Information about your transactions with us; and

¨      Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency

 

 

We will limit the use and collection of information about our customers and former customers to that which is necessary to administer our business, provide superior service, and offer opportunities that we think will be of interest to our customers. We also use this information to help us identify and mitigate potential risks or loss to The Page Valley Bank. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

 

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies who perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

 

Additionally, we will not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers to any affiliate of the Bank without giving our customers or former customers the opportunity to “opt-out” as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

 

We strive to maintain complete and accurate information about your account(s). Should you believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies in a timely manner.

Our Customer Information Privacy Principals and our Codes of Conduct serve as standards for all of our employees. These principals cover the collection, use, retention, and security of individual customer information. Each employee of the Bank is required to follow our Company’s “Codes of Conduct” which states that all customer information is private and privileged and is to be used solely for the purpose of providing you with the finest service available. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
